Luggage Delivery – A Separate Service from ecbo cloak
If you need your luggage delivered to your hotel, we offer same-day delivery services under ecbo delivery — completely separate from ecbo cloak.
We have three services depending on where you're arriving:
Option 1: Arriving at Haneda Airport
Drop off your luggage right at Haneda and have it delivered straight to your hotel — no lugging bags around the city!
📍 Drop-off: Keikyu Tourist Information Counter, Haneda Airport International Terminal, 2F Arrival Lobby (next to ticket gates)
⏰ Counter hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (luggage dropped off after 1:00 PM incurs a +¥500/bag surcharge)
🚚 Delivery area: Tokyo 23 wards, Kawasaki (Kanagawa), Urayasu (Chiba)
💴 Pricing: Small (~120cm) ¥1,500 / Large (~160cm) ¥2,000 / Oversized (160cm+) ¥3,000 per bag
💳 Payment: Cash, credit card, or QR code at the counter
Option 2: Arriving at Tokyo Station
Drop off your luggage at ecbo cloak Marunouchi and have it delivered to your hotel or Haneda Airport Terminal 3 later that day.
📍 Drop-off: ecbo cloak Marunouchi, Tokyo Station (B1F, between Shin-Marunouchi Building and Marunouchi Building)
⏰ Counter hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🚚 Delivery area: Tokyo 23 wards, Urayasu (Chiba), and Haneda Airport Terminal 3
🕐 Delivery time: Hotels by 8:00 PM / Haneda Airport Terminal 3 between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
💴 Pricing: Small (~120cm) ¥1,600 / Large (~160cm) ¥2,100 / Oversized (160cm+) ¥3,700 per bag
💳 Payment: Credit card, QR code, or IC card — cash not accepted
Option 3: Arriving at Shinagawa Station
Drop off your luggage at ecbo Shinagawa inside JR Shinagawa Station and have it delivered to your hotel or Haneda Airport.
📍 Drop-off: ecbo Shinagawa, JR Shinagawa Station (near the Tokaido Shinkansen North Gate ticket gate, next to the stairs leading up to Starbucks)
⏰ Counter hours: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
🚚 Delivery area: Tokyo 23 wards, Urayasu (Chiba)
🕐 Delivery time: Hotels by 8:00 PM / Haneda Airport between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
💴 Pricing: Small (~120cm) ¥1,600 / Large (~160cm) ¥2,100 / Oversized (160cm+) ¥3,700 per bag
💳 Payment: Credit card or IC card — cash not accepted
Important: This Is NOT ecbo cloak
ecbo delivery and ecbo cloak are separate services. Please note:
❌ Deliveries cannot be picked up from or sent to ecbo cloak spaces
❌ Items not accepted: animals/plants, hazardous or illegal items, valuables/cash
✅ Compensation up to ¥100,000 per bag in case of loss or damage
