How to cancel
Go to My Account → Manage membership and turn off auto-renewal. That's it — no phone call, no chat with a retention script.
Canceling means your membership simply won't renew. You keep full access through the end of the term you've already paid for, and then it ends. Nothing is charged again.
Changed your mind?
Turn renewal back on from the same panel any time before your term ends, and everything continues as if nothing happened.
What happens after your membership ends
Your history is safe. Quiz results, favorites, and progress are kept — canceling never deletes anything.
Signing in still works. You'll see a welcome-back page showing what ended and when, with a one-click way to rejoin and pick up where you left off.

Also: heads-up emails go out 30 days and 7 days before every renewal, each with a one-click "don't renew" link — so a renewal should never be a surprise.
