Refunds at ECGWeekly

Our refund policy in plain language — a full refund within 10 days, your unused time after that — and how to request one from your account.

The policy, in one paragraph

Any charge — a new purchase or a renewal — can be refunded in full within 10 days. After 10 days, we refund the time you haven't used yet. Both are self-serve from your account and most are approved instantly. There is never a processing fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically settle in 5–7 business days.

The full policy lives at ecgweekly.com/refund.

How to request one

Sign in, go to My Account → Manage membership, and click Request a refund. The page checks your eligibility on the spot, shows you the amount, and tells you the outcome immediately.

After 10 days: your unused time

Once the 10-day window has passed, a refund covers the days still ahead of you, not the days behind you: what you paid × days remaining ÷ days in your paid term, rounded up to the whole dollar. It's counted from the day you ask — not from when you stopped logging in — so the sooner you ask, the more is left. Accepting the offer ends your access that day.

Example: you paid $100 for the year and ask with 90 days left. 90 ÷ 365 of $100 is $25.

When it's automatic, and when a human looks

Within 10 days, refunds are instant when you've unlocked no more than a few new cases since the charge and no CME has been claimed against it. After 10 days, the unused-time refund is instant as long as your membership isn't paused and no CME has been claimed. Anything else goes to a person instead — it's never auto-denied. If your situation is unusual, just message us and explain; we read everything.

The fine print that matters

  • CME: once CME credit has been claimed on a term, that charge is no longer refundable.

  • Group memberships are invoiced, so refunds work as invoice credits — group leaders, message us.

  • A refunded term ends immediately once the refund is issued.
