The basics
CME claiming is included with the Max plan. Credit is organized into 28-day claim windows — 13 windows per year, worth 2 hours each, up to 26 hours per year.
Your CME center at My Account → CME shows every window, which ones are closed and claimable, and exactly what to do.
Claiming is retrospective — and that's good news
You claim a window after it closes, for the learning you did during it. Better still: every closed window this year stays claimable. Behind on paperwork? A member catching up in July can still file windows back to January. Nothing expires mid-year on you.
How to claim
Open your CME center and pick a closed window.
Click through to the claim form — there's one for physicians and one for other professions; your profile suggests the right one, but both are always available.
Submit the form. Your certificate arrives by email.
Certificates
Certificates are emailed to you after each claim — save them as they arrive; your email is the record. If a certificate hasn't arrived or contains an error, message us and we'll chase it down with our CME partner.
Refunds and CME
One interaction worth knowing: once you've claimed CME credit against a membership charge, that charge can no longer be refunded. Claim windows also close to refund-related changes 8 days after the window ends.
