One search box, three kinds of answers
The search bar (top of every page, or the Search item in the menu) looks across everything at once and groups what it finds:
ECG STAT — bedside reference articles for the topic
Weekly Workouts — full cases from the archive
Video Moments — the exact timestamps inside workout videos where Dr. Mattu discusses the topic. Click one and the video opens at that second.
Video Moments deserve a special mention
This is the feature members ask us how we lived without. Searching "posterior MI" doesn't just find cases titled that — it finds every minute of teaching where the concept comes up, even mid-case in a workout about something else. It works because we index the actual spoken content of every video.
Tips
Search understands concepts, not just keywords — "tall R in V1" and "posterior infarct" find each other's material.
You can reorder the result groups (STAT first, workouts first, or videos first) and search remembers your preference.
Results respect your plan's archive window — if a result is locked, that's your cue it lives outside your plan's range.
