How a workout is laid out
Every case follows the same clinical rhythm, top to bottom:
The HPI — the patient presentation, exactly as the case would find you on shift.
The featured ECG — read it yourself first. That struggle is the workout.
Pre-watch questions — what to keep in mind before the reveal.
The video — Dr. Mattu walks the case. Links can jump to exact timestamps, which is how search's Video Moments work.
The quiz — check your read. Results save to your account.
Teaching points — the takeaways, written down so you don't have to.
Related cases — where to go deeper on the same theme.
The Workout Tools
Alongside each case you'll find:
Add to Favorites — builds your personal teaching file (find it at My Account → Favorites).
Mark Completed — tracks your progress; completions show on your dashboard streak.
CME — per-case credit details (Max plan).
Email Dr. Mattu — yes, really. Questions about the case go to him.
Send Feedback — typos, playback trouble, anything. It comes straight to us.
Finding cases in the archive
The archive filters by case type, category, and month. How far back you can open cases depends on your plan — see Why can't I open every case in the archive?
