How group memberships work

A group membership is one account, one invoice, many seats. A leader (program director, coordinator, department admin) manages the roster; every seat-holder gets the full member experience at the group's plan level, and the leader gets an engagement dashboard the whole way.

Pricing

Groups start at 5 seats and price per seat with volume discounts that deepen as you grow:

  • 5–9 seats — 10% off the individual price

  • 10–49 seats — 20% off

  • 50–99 seats — 25% off

  • 100+ seats — 30% off

The group page has a live calculator — pick a plan and seat count and see the exact annual total. For very large deployments (250+ seats), talk to us directly.

The residency rate

Accredited residency programs get a flat 40% off at any seat count — better than every volume tier, because training programs are why ECGWeekly exists. It requires covering your whole program and a short verification — see Residency programs: verification and setup.

Starting a group

Ready to go? Click Start this group under the calculator, or go straight to ecgweekly.com/group-memberships/start. Choose the plan and seat count, enter your organization and your email, confirm the email with a one-time code, add a PO number if you have one, and we issue a single net-30 invoice. You're seated as the leader from the start, and every seat switches on the moment the invoice is paid — by card, ACH, or bank transfer.

Billing

Groups are invoiced (net-30) rather than charged to a personal card, which plays well with institutional purchasing. Leaders manage everything — invoices, payment methods, adding seats — self-serve. See Group billing, seats, and renewals.
