Your command center

As a group leader you'll see My Group in the left menu — it opens the Group Dashboard. Pick a time range (7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days) and everything on the page follows it.

The numbers up top

  • Seats used — how many of your seats have a member in them

  • Active — who actually showed up in the selected range

  • Logins, page views, time on site — raw engagement

  • Completions, quiz attempts, average score — the learning signal, with an activity trend chart below

The roster

Every member, sortable by name, cohort, last active, views, time, completions, quizzes, or score. Click any member for a per-person drill-down — their activity, completions, and quiz history while in your group. This is the view program directors use for semiannual reviews and CCC prep.

  • Cohorts — tag members by class year ("Class of 2029") and filter everything by cohort. Offboarding a graduating class becomes one action instead of thirty.

  • Include past members — folds former seat-holders back into the stats, counting only their time while seated.

  • Export CSV — the full roster and stats, ready for your own spreadsheets.

  • Quiz Analytics — per-quiz breakdowns across the group: attempts, scores, and which questions people miss.

What members see

Nothing changes for them — seat-holders get the normal member experience at your group's plan level. They don't see the dashboard or each other's stats; engagement data is leader-only.
