You can request a refund within 7 days or purchase per our return policy. Refunds will be charged a $1.00 – 2.00 fee plus the credit card processing fee charged by our credit card server. As such, this will be the fee for a refund:
$3.00 Monthly Subscription – the refund fee is $2.31
$26.00 Annual Account – the refund fee is $2.81
$35 Essentials Account – the refund fee is $3.25
$60 Plus Account - the refund fee is $5.00
$100 Max Account - the refund fee is $7.00
