First of all, thank you for purchasing a group account with ECGWeekly!

Once you have purchased your group account, you will notice that under My Account you will now see Group Dashboard. Select Group Dashboard.

Once on the Group Dashboard, you can see your group's details. For example, in this group there are 140 seats available in total. The group leader is Rob. Also notice that there is a Group Link. The easiest way to enroll your team is to send them the Group Link. Please note anyone with this link can get a seat in your group account so keep it private to your group.

If you want to invite a single user to your group, you can click on Send Invite. In the Group Invite pop-up, please provide the name and exact email address of the user that you wish to invite to your group. Then click Submit.

Once someone has signed up for your group, you will see them in the Group Members area. If there are individuals that you have already invited, but they have not yet joined, you will see them in the Invited Group Members area.

Group Activity

Once your members enroll and begin using ECGWeekly, you will be able to see their activity by clicking on the Members, ECGWeekly, ECG STAT, or ECG Skills links. In this example, there is only one user.

If I want to see this user's activity, I can click on the Activity button.

Notice in the example above, I can see every page this user has interacted with. A couple of key points to understand about this feature:

  • We only retain the last 730 days of engagement with the site.

  • We track activities in regards to logins, weekly workouts, ECG STAT, and ECG Skills

  • If you try to view activity for an area that your group does not have access to, you will be notified of such and be given an opportunity to upgrade

In addition to individual data, we do also offer group data so that you can get an estimate of how engaged your team has been on the site.
