Below, you'll find clear instructions on how to make changes to your subscription, whether you're looking to upgrade seamlessly or review the requirements for a downgrade.
π Upgrading plans with ENABLE.LI is very easy to do. You can either reach out to your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager and they will assist you from there.
π In order to downgrade your subscription, you are required to meet the following criteria:
You have provided 31 days' written notice to finance@echelon.nyc
You do not have time remaining on your current Semi-Annual or Annual Plan.
If you do not meet the criteria above, your written notice will apply to the next subscription cycle rather than the current one.
