Zoho CRM is a powerful platform that centralizes your sales, marketing, and customer support operations. With ENABLE.LI, you can easily integrate Zoho CRM into your workflow using Zapier, allowing you to automate actions between the two platforms.

Step 1: Connect Zoho CRM via Zapier

  1. Navigate to Integrations tab on your ENABLE.LI dashboard.

  2. Type Zoho into the search bar.

  3. Click Connect next to the Zoho CRM integration.

You’ll be redirected to Zapier, where you’ll see a screen prompting you to set up your automation (Zap).

Step 2: Set Up Your Zap

  1. Choose a trigger (what starts the automation) from LeadUpdates (ENABLE.LI) — for example, “Add Label.”

2. Select an action in Zoho CRM — for example, “Create Module Entry.”

3. Click Connect these apps to proceed.

⚠️ Note about Labels:

If you're using labels to trigger actions, make sure they're enabled in your ENABLE.LI settings:

Go to Integrations > Zapier > Manage > Webhook Settings, and toggle on the labels you'd like to use with this Zap.

Step 3: Connect Your ENABLE.LI and Zoho CRM Accounts

  1. Make sure the correct Lead Updates (ENABLE.LI) account is connected.

2. Click Continue, then Test Trigger, and confirm the selected record.

3. Next, connect your Zoho CRM account:

After that, click Continue.

Step 4: Configure Zoho CRM Module and Fields

  1. Choose where you want the labeled contacts from ENABLE.LI to be saved in Zoho — for instance, the Leads module.

2. Scroll down and map the fields you want to transfer from ENABLE.LI to Zoho (e.g., name, email, company).

3. Click Continue, then Test Step, and finally, Publish your Zap.

After your Zap is published, you can test it by going to your ENABLE.LI account, adding a label (or labels, if you chose several) and then checking your Leads Module in Zoho.

Step 5: Test Your Integration

To verify your setup:

  • Go back to ENABLE.LI.

  • Add the label(s) you’ve selected as triggers.

  • Check the corresponding module in Zoho CRM (e.g., Leads) to confirm the contact has been created.

If you run into any issues or have questions about this integration, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support team.
