To access your receipts and invoices within your Ecologi account, visit the 'Account' section of your profile and click on the 'Billing' section. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll be able to see and download all of your previous receipts and invoices.

Please note, any impact purchases made whilst not logged into your account will not generate an invoice within your Ecologi account. However, this will trigger a receipt that will be sent to the email used when making the purchase.
