As all items are drawn/custom per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do not offer refunds for any orders placed, except for the following situations:

  • The customer canceled an order before "In Production" and our support team were able to grant that cancellation request.

  • The product arrive damaged.

  • At our discretion.

Cancelled orders & Payouts

As a seller, it is your job to refund the customer. We will refund your seller account if an order is canceled before it goes into production.

If there is a cancellation request After drawing is finished, there is a mandatory 8$ charge to cover drawing. We will refund the order amount minus the 8$ fee.

*Digital file orders, can not be canceled after drawing is finished, since the order is already complete.
