A valid credit card is required for Ecomartists to successfully process your orders. If your card is declined, it means your card provider blocked the charge or you went over your limit.
You have a few options:
1) Call your card provider and get them to "whitelist" ecomartists charges
2) Call your card provider and increase your charge limit
3) Use a new card on your EA account

How to process orders that were declined?
Orders failed to charge during "Batch charging" will be marked at "Declined". Declined orders will not be attempted again. You will need to manual charge each declined order. View here "How to charge order manually"
