There are a few sceneries where you may need to charge orders manually
1) You have automatic batch charging turned off
2) Your credit card was declined and the order shows a declined status
3) You have a daily charge limit in place but still want to charge an order even if over limit.
To Manually Charge an order follow these steps:
1) Visit the "My Orders" Page inside the app
2) Find a pending or declined order
3) Click the order to view details
4) Click "Charge order manually"
5) Do this 1 by 1 for each order you would like to charge
