How it Works
When you publish a product to your Shopify store, we automatically include a photo upload button and text fields on your product page.
When you get an order, the order details and customers photos/instructions will automatically show up inside Ecomartists on the "orders" page.
If you have automatic billing turned on, the order will be assigned to a designer right away. When drawing is finished, you and your customer will receive an email with link to review drawing.
The customer can leave notes for revisions. Once drawing is approved, it will be sent for production and shipped to the customer.
If a customer emails your Shopify support email with revisions, we will not be able to see the requests, they need to submit requests on the drawing approval page only.
