Unfortunately, some customers just never approve or leave feedback on their drawings.
*we send email every 3 days to make sure they have enough chances to review.
We give this waiting for reply period 30days.
*If you do not want to wait the full 30days, you can press approve on the customers order for them.
If you do not approve, and customer never responds, we will automatically mark order as approve after 30days.
Order will then automatically move to production and shipping.
