If the order is "NEW" and drawing process has not yet started, YES you can change photo, please message our chat support team, and we will get the new photo assigned instead.
2) Change photo on an order in which "Drawing" has already started
Message our 24/7 Live Chat Support team, we will be able to change photo for an 8$ mandatory photo change fee. We will send invoice via chat to pay the fee.
3) Customer requests to Change photo on an order after seeing proof.
We will message your account email letting you know customer would like to change photo. There will be a 8$ mandatory photo change fee. We will send invoice to you to pay the fee. You can pass on the fee to the customer if that is your preference.
