No Refunds: All subscription charges are non-refundable, and no proration is available for any payments made.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged further.

Reservation Charge: A charge of $1 is required to save your place in line and reserve a Shopify store build by us. This is a non-refundable charge as part of a limited time promotion.

Acceptance of Store Transfer: If you accept the store transfer, there is NO Setup fee, as it will be waived. Your 14-day free trial to EcomArtists begins the day we email you the account logins, not the day you accept the store transfer.

Non-Acceptance: If you decide you do not want your custom built store, that is fine too, you do not need to keep the store, and you will not need to pay the shopify hosting fee. Not accepting the shopify store does not cancel your ecomartists trial. With your account, you will continue to have access to resources, before/after examples, mockups, training, weekly designs, manual ordering, cheaper product pricing, and ability to sell with other print providers, as well as create custom products and sell on etsy/ebay/amazon. To manage your ecomartists account, Please login to your Ecomartists account to make account changes.

Non-Cancellation Through Store Closure: Closing your Shopify store does not cancel your EcomArtists subscription.

Subscription Management: To manage your EcomArtists subscription, log in to your account using the details provided when your store login was emailed to you.

Subscription Management: You are fully responsible to manage/update/cancel your ecomartists subscription.

Special Legacy Plan: Your EcomArtists account includes a special "legacy" plan with unlimited features not available elsewhere. If canceled, you cannot subscribe to this plan again.

Income and Sales: We make no guarantees regarding sales or reaching any income goals.

Niche Selection: Once you choose a niche, it cannot be changed. However, you can publish products available in any niche once you receive your store and EcomArtists account.

Product Savings: With the product savings from being a premium account holder versus a free account, you only need 3 sales per month to cover the fee of

EcomArtists premium.

Changes: Once you receive your store, you are fully responsible for it. We no long have access and no longer can make any changes or features that you might want.

Custom requests: All stores come "As is" and special requests are not granted.
