SendWill is designed to work right out of the box. Just follow these steps to show the pop-up on your storefront:
Step 1 — Enable the App Embed
Go to SendWill Admin → Dashboard
Click Enable App Embed
Save your changes in the Shopify Theme Editor
Note: If you change your theme, you’ll need to enable the app embed again.
App embeds are Shopify’s recommended method because they’re safe, clean, easy to turn on/off, and don’t leave any code behind after uninstalling.

Step 2 — Create & Customize Your Popup
Go to SendWill Admin → Popups
Click Create Popup
Choose a template
Customize it to match your brand
Step 3 — Publish Your Popup
Toggle the blue switch to turn your popup on.
If you have multiple popups, you can also enable them from your Popup Library.
