More Activity Panel
Clicking 'More Activity' expands the section to reveal three distinct tables—each highlighting a specific use case for deeper insights into user actions, project updates, or system events.
30-Day Budget vs Spend Position
This provides an overview of your performance against supplier and labour budgets, displayed as bar graphs per cost centre.
Activity
This displays all actions performed within the PX360 web app. It includes a description, the assignee, and a quick link to the specific activity.
This makes it easier to track whether approvals are needed for variations, progress claims, and other related actions.
Employee Total Hours
View the total weekly hours logged by all employees via web or mobile. The bar graph clearly breaks down hours into regular and overtime, with colour-coded indicators for approval status:
Blue for Approved Regular Hours
Teal for Approved Overtime Hours
Orange for Draft Regular Hours
Red for Draft Overtime Hours
This visual summary makes it easy to track work hours and identify what’s been approved or is still in draft.
You can also filter the data to show totals for the past 7 days, the past 30 days, or across the entire duration of a project. This gives you flexible insight into employee activity.

You’ll also find a quick link to the PX360 Academy directly accessible through its tile. This is a free resource designed to support first-time users and is equally helpful for new team members joining your project.
