By default, adding a timesheet using the PX360 Labour Teams app starts by selecting the project, the Cost Centre and then the corresponding Task.
You can also choose to select the Task first when recording time, helping ensure the correct Task is recorded.
When to use this
This option allows you to select the task first, followed by the Cost Centre. This setting is optional and can be turned on or off at any time.
Default
Project → Cost Centre → Task
Task-Cost Centre Swap Enabled
Project → Task → Cost Centre
How to enable Task-Cost Centre Swap
Tap the three lines at the top left corner of the screen.
This will expand the left-side menu.
Locate the switch labelled Tasks Before Cost Centres.
Tap the switch to enable it.
When creating a timesheet, the Task will now appear before the cost centre.
Note: This will also apply if you are updating an existing timesheet entry.
