We recommend making users inactive instead of deleting users as deletions cannot be undone.

From Settings in the left side menu, under the User Management tab, click the Is Active toggle. This will gray out the user and make them inactive in the account, which prevents them from logging in or doing anything in the PX360 account.

Click the toggle again to make the user active again. This will allow them to log in and perform actions in the PX360 account.

The deletion of a user from your PX360 account cannot be undone, but if necessary, it's quite simple.

Go to the Settings section of your Dashboard and click the Trash Can icon to delete a user. Click OK to confirm the deletion and remove the user from the system.
