PX360 works very well with your integrated Xero accounting software. Whether you create an invoice in Xero or PX360, it will automatically sync with the other service. When creating invoices within PX360 and sending them via PDF, the emails can be further managed through your Xero platform.

Create An Invoice With PX360

Creating an invoice in PX360 is straightforward. In any project, go to the Invoices tab and click the Create New button.

Enter each Invoice Row or Adjustment/Deposit Row and add as many as you need. When you click Submit, the invoice will automatically sync with your Xero account and can be sent to the client for payment.

Note: Invoice details like numbering and prefixes can be edited in your Company Settings.
