Buying a PX360 subscription is a great move for your business. The system is a powerhouse where you can track and manage:

  • Project costs, timelines, and budgets

  • Tasks

  • Cost Centres

  • Work Orders

  • Progress Claims

  • Invoices

  • Timesheets

  • Payroll

Your subscription is based on the number of active projects you need at one time.

Adding a Payment Method

From Settings on the left menu bar, click on the Subscription tab. The bottom section of the screen allows you to add payment methods to your account.

Click +Add Payment Method, enter your credit card details, and click Add Payment Method to save.

You can also check the box to make one payment method a default for the account. Only that card will be charged each month regardless of how many saved cards you have in your account.

You can also delete any cards you no longer need by using the Trash Can button.

Note: PX360 does not store or maintain credit card data, and instead uses a PCI DSS Level 1 third-party credit card processing partner.

At this time, we accept only Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.

Buying or Changing a Subscription

Subscription levels are based on the number of active projects you need at once.

  • From Settings on the left menu bar, click the Subscription tab.

  • Use the Select button to choose the subscription level and click Update Plan Immediately.

  • Verify the plan details in the popup, click Update Plan & Pay Now, and press Yes on the popup to confirm.

Your subscription is now active and you can get to work!

Applying a Coupon

On the right side of the Subscription tab, there is a field to Apply Coupon to Next Invoice. If you have a coupon code, enter it here and click Apply. You'll see it applied in the Upcoming Invoice details above.

Editing Billing Details

At the bottom right of the Subscription tab, click Edit Billing Details to update your name, email address, and business address as needed.

Viewing Upcoming Invoice Details

In the Upcoming Invoice section on the right side, click View Upcoming Invoice Details. A popup will appear with your invoice information. You can change your payment method or billing details above if anything looks incorrect.

Cancelling a Subscription

From Settings on the left side menu, under the Subscription tab, click Cancel Subscription.

Choose to Cancel Now or at the subscription end date located above.
