Once you've downloaded the mobile app and been added to the PX360 account by an Account Admin, you can receive alerts on your projects, as well as create and view Timesheets, Site Photos, and Tasks.

Included in this guide:

Adding New Site Photos

Site Photos can be created from either the bottom or left side menus in the app.

Add Site Photos from Bottom Menu

Touch Site Photos in the bottom menu to add and view site photos and the site diary. Touch the camera button in the bottom right corner to add new site photos for a project.

You can choose to Take a Photo using the camera on your phone or iPad, or add an existing photo from your phone by touching Select From Library. Add/edit the date, choose the project, and add a description for your photo.

Add Site Photos from Side Menu

The three lines in the upper left corner will bring you to the left side menu.

Under Site Photos, choose Add Photo, and the app will guide you through adding a site photo as above.

Queued Photos

Once you've made your image selections and clicked the "Save" button, all the chosen images will be placed in an upload queue, eliminating the need for any wait time.

Provided that the internet connection is stable, the queued images will be automatically uploaded to your Project Photo Gallery. Once successfully uploaded these can then be accessed and utilised by the Admin Staff through the PX360 Web App for various reporting purposes.

In the event that there are images waiting in the upload queue and your internet connection is lost, you will encounter an error and will need to re-upload the images from the queue. Please refer to the images below:

Tip:

  1. If image queues due to an unstable internet connection, simply press the re-upload button once your internet is stable again.

  2. To remove queued images, simply use the trash can icon to clear all of them from the queue.

Existing Site Photos

Once site photos have been uploaded for a project, there are several ways to view them and edit their information.

Editing or Deleting Site Photos

Touch any existing photo to edit or delete it.

  • Make your edits and touch Save to keep your changes, or

  • Touch the red trash can and confirm you want to delete the photo

Search Using Project Dropdown

Touch the down arrow next to the project name.

Choose another project from the popup and you will see only site photos for that project in the Site Gallery.

Site Diary Logs

To see a Site Diary of the current project, touch the Logs button in the upper right corner of the Site Gallery.

You can see all data for site photos and descriptions entered into the app by all users. Touch the Site Photos button to return to the Site Gallery of photos.

Search Using Filters

Touch the funnel button to access the filter pop-up.

You can filter based on the project, a date range, or search the file name or description.

Touch Apply to view only those photos that match the filters you set.

Tip: If you do not see a photo in the gallery that should be there, click the funnel button and clear any filters that may still be set.

Now that you've added site photos, click here to add timesheets and tasks in the mobile app.
