There are many benefits to virtual signing of documents via e-approval:

  • Smoother processes

  • Consistent processes between you and your client

  • Can obtain signed approval at any time

  • Decrease approval turnaround times allowing you to build quicker

When a progress claim, work order, or variation is sent to the client for approval, they receive an email like the one shown below.

Clients receiving the link do not require an account in order to view and approve. They can simply use the Click Here link in the email to be taken to the approval portal.

Once they've reviewed it in full, they can click the Approve button. From the linked web page, clients can also download and/or print the document.

The client will receive a confirmation email of the approval for their records. Once approved, the event will then be added to the Overview Site Diary tab within PX360 and across required project areas.
