From end October 2025, older versions of the Edenred app (below 14.6) are no longer supported.
If your app version is 14.5 or earlier, you must update to the latest version (16.2 or higher) to keep using the app.
We ask users to update regularly to:
🔒 Fix security and stability issues
⚙️ Ensure compatibility with new features
🧩 Simplify maintenance and support
If your phone’s system is too old (below iOS 14 or Android 7), you won’t be able to install the new version.
In that case, an End of Support page will appear, explaining how to use the web app or upgrade your device.
