A physical card is a recycled PVC card sent to you. You can order it straight from your Edenred+ app or your funder may have chosen to order one for you by default. Delivery takes between 5-10 working days.
A virtual card works exactly like a physical card. It is simply stored in your electronic wallet (called the wallet) on your smartphone instead of your physical wallet.
