Your Ticket Restaurant® benefits earned in 2025 are available until the end of February 2026.
After this date, if you have not finished spending them, they will automatically carry over to the following year. No action on your end is necessary.
What is going to happen?
On March 1st 2026: your 2025 benefits will be temporarily debited. You may see several debits related to this action in your transaction history with the description "Expired vouchers". Rest assured, we return them quickly!
Loads prior to 2025, already exchanged once and not settled at the end of February will be permanently debited from your account.
In the following days, your Ticket Restaurant® benefits will be credited back, with a one-year extension. You will see in your transactions a single credit with the description "Rechargement Titres Périmés"
💡 Throughout this period, your benefits earned in 2026 remain available.
Don’t see your 2025 balance on your account yet? We ask for your patience, a slight delay may exist between the debit and credit on your account. Rest assured we are returning your benefits as soon as we can.
