What are the tax advantages of using Edenred+ CESU benefits?

With Edenred+ CESU, you benefit from:

  • exemption from income tax and social security contributions on the assistance paid by your employer in the form of a CESU Edenred+ benefits, up to a limit of €2,421 1️⃣ per calendar year and per beneficiary,

  • a 50% income tax credit 2️⃣ on any remaining out-of-pocket expenses 3️⃣4️⃣,

  • a reduced TVA of 5.5 % or 10% depending on the services provided, the recipient and/or the type of service provided 5️⃣,

  • payment of financial aid (such as PAJE) that you are already eligible for.

1️⃣ 2024 legal maximum

2️⃣ In accordance with article 199 sexdecies and article 200 quater B of the French General Tax Code (tax credit for childcare costs outside the home). The above-mentioned tax credits are included in the calculation of the legal maximum of certain income tax benefits. Please check your personal situation.

3️⃣ After deduction employer contribution deducation and any other assistance received, and subject to legal maximums
