Create a NEW Component:
Click in the top right corner on + Add Component, to create a new Component:
Select the Panel where you want to create the new Component and Click on "+"
You are still able to change the window arrangement after the fact. See here
Select: Scanner, Watch-list, News, Key-Stats, Historical Stats or a Chart -Component.
Adjust the window Layout
Drag the divider between two panels to resize
Click & Drag the Window Component-Window Icon to move it to a different place within the Layout
Layout-List management
Click on Layouts → "+ Create Layout" to create a new Layout
Hide / unhide, duplicate, rename or delete a Layout
If you unchecked a Layout, it will hide the corresponding Tab in the menu bar
