As a Fund Manager, you have complete control over who sees your fund information. By default, basic fund information is visible to all institutional investors on the platform, and the documents and commentary sections of the profile are locked. Individual investors need to request access to see these sections.

You can further lock down your fund information entirely, allowing only select institutional investors to access your fund data. You will still be able to receive incoming investor interest.

We use both self-disclosure and verification via communicating with prospective investors or viewing their online presence (LinkedIn, Company Website etc.) to approve investors.
