The Ingredient Summary lists all the ingredients and quantities needed for everything that has been planned for the selected production.

In the sidebar head to Production > Production Planner and click the ‘Plan’ button for the relevant date.

Click ‘Plan Benches’ and select the ‘Ingredient Summary’ tab.

You will see both the total quantity of ingredients needed, and this information broken down by benches and batches.

You can filter the 'Tags' column to identify products which need to be pre-prepared the day before.
