Follow these steps to get your password reset/changed:
1. Click "Reset password" on the Edify login page with your user email address inputted.
2. You should then receive a link from Edify in your email inbox - Click the link and follow the steps to reset your password.
3. Once you've reset your password, you can navigate back to the Edify login page and enter your new password to log in.

I clicked "Reset Password" but still haven't received a reset link in my inbox
There could be a few reasons why you didn't receive your password link
1. Make sure the email you entered on the Log In page is the email that is registered to your Edify user.
2. Check your spam folder - Just in case the email landed there instead
3. Check that the email address you entered is correct - If you need to check the email address you're registered with, you can ask a member of your team to head to Settings > Users and see what address you signed up with
