What to do if you're experiencing issues opening Edify on your Browser

If you're having trouble loading Edify, it may be because your Browser needs to be updated to the latest version - Or you may need to clear your cache (hard refresh).

To do this, follow these steps:

Updating your Chrome Browser
Normally updates happen in the background when you close and reopen your computer's browser. But if you haven't closed your browser in a while, you might see a pending update -

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, select More > Help > About Google Chrome.
3. Select Relaunch.
If you can't find the 'Relaunch' option, you're on the latest version."



Clearing your cache/hard refreshing your Chrome Browser
If your browser is up to date, you may just need to "hard refresh" your browser.

For Windows Users: Press Ctrl + Shift + R together
For Mac Users: Press Command + Shift + R together
