The CPU Production Summary is a table which shows you your CPU orders in a consolidated table view, allowing you to prepare in advance and then manage your orders on the day of delivery.
CPU orders will automatically show in the Production Summary under their Delivery Date.
Viewing the Production Summary
The Production Summary is split into two views.
Daily View
The Daily View shows you the orders due to delivery on the selected date.
You're able to print off this table using the 'Print' button.
Column name | Explainer |
Product Name | The name of the product |
Category | The category the product has been assigned with the CPU Product List. This column can be sorted alphabetically to group categories together. |
Lead Time (Days) | If relevant, the number of days in advance of delivery this product needs to be produced |
Quantity | The total number of the product ordered across all customers |
Customer Name | The next columns will be the names of the customers who have placed orders and will show how many of each product they have ordered |
Weekly View
The weekly view shows a consolidation of orders over the selected period of time (up to 10 days).
You're able to print off this table using the 'Print' button.
Column Name | Explainer |
Products | The name of the product |
Category | The category the product has been assigned with the CPU Product List. |
Lead Time | If relevant, the number of days in advance of delivery this product needs to be produced |
Quantity | The total number of the product ordered across all customers across the selected time period |
Dates | The next columns are each date for the selected time period and show the total number of product ordered across all customers for that day. |
⚠️ Note: The Production Summary is separate to Edify's Production feature. The Production Summary report does not enable any planning of productions (e.g. assigning products to staff, showing ingredients required etc.) - it is a report showing the quantities of products required to fulfil your CPU orders per delivery day.
