User Permissions

Permissions allow you to customize what forms and sections users have access to. They can be tailored to your company's needs. All user permissions include the permissions under them. This is something set by Safety Mojo. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to make any changes.

Lite User

Lite users are able to fill out forms, but cannot view other users' submissions or edit their own submissions.

Full User

Full user permissions are exactly like Lite users. The only difference is that you can use this permission for forms Lite users do not need access to.

App and Admin Observer

This permission allows a user to have view-only access including submitted forms and admin areas of Safety Mojo.

Full User, Admin Observer

This permission allows users to view submissions by other users but they cannot edit any forms. Full User, Admin Observers can also view Admin areas such as User list, Projects, Divisions, Subcontractors, Employees, Training, Goal and Controls, Reports, and Dashboards. Edits and additions of any kind are not enabled.

Account Admin, Toggleable Permissions

This permission is exactly like Full User, Admin Observer except they can make edits to selected sections.

Account Admin

Account admins can edit and add to any section in your Safety Mojo account.


Deeper Explanation of Permissions

There are a couple of things to keep in mind when setting user permissions.

  • The ability to edit a form, regardless of permission, can be changed by your CSM. Please note, all users that have access will have the ability to edit the form.

  • Your CSM can set any form to a specified permission. Users with that permission and above will have access to the form.
