User Notifications

1. User notifications are set up when creating a user or editing a user. When you are in the User's set up , scroll down until you see the orange button that says "Section Subscriptions"

2. Click "Section Subscriptions"

3. Under Immediate Section Email Notifications, the user will get immediate email notifications for the selected forms when a form is submitted from their project/division. Click on the form in the left box to select and it will move to the right box

4. Under Grouped Section Email Notifications, the user will receive summaries of the previous day. So keep in mind, that these notifications will always be a day behind. To select, click on the form in the left box and it will move to the right box

5. To receive Section App Notifications, click forms in the left box to move to the right box

6. Click "Create User" or "Update User"

7. Section App notifications take place in the Safety Mojo platform. They can be found in the upper right corner in the icon that looks like an envelope

8. When you receive an in-app notification, you will see a red number appear on the icon. Click on the envelope to view your notifications

9. You will now see a list of your notifications

10. To filter your notifications, click on "Filter"

11. You can fill in any information that will help you find the notification you are searching for. Now click the large blue "Filter" button
