1. You may have noticed the admin menu looks a little different from a basic user's menu. This article will cover the additional menu options you have.

In order to view the admin menu, you will have to click on the gear icon on the upper right hand side of your screen

2. Click "Admin"

3. You will now be on the home screen in the admin view of Safety Mojo. In this account, dashboards have been set as the home page. Your home screen will look different depending on what has been set up for your account. This article will cover each of the different tabs in the Admin view

4. Click again on the gear icon to view your additional menu options. There are several different admin types so you may not see all the options covered in this article.

The forms listed at the top of the menu are subforms of the forms listed in the app tab. Your account may not have these.

5. The User option allows you to create, deactivate, and edit users

6. Divisions allow you to add Divisions to your account. Again, Divisions are the highest level of separation in your account

7. Projects are the second tier of separation. Projects can be assigned to Divisions

8. You can add subcontractors into the subcontractor section. Entering these companies will house their information and will also be used when setting up Users

9. The Employee sections will track any Training Classes and Certifications the employee has completed. Employees cannot log into and use Safety Mojo

10. Training Topics and Training Classes go hand in hand. When you create a Training Topic, it can be used in a Training class. You can think of Training Topics as your Training library. They can be used over and over again in Training classes.

11. Anytime you fill out a form, there is an option to save it as a Draft to complete at a later time. You will find your drafts here

13. The Event Log allows you to see any event that has taken place. This includes anything created, deleted, deactivated, edited, etc.

14. Any email that has been sent from Safety Mojo will be listed in the Email Log. These include Goal reminders and measures, form completion, etc.
