1. Goals and controls are set up by account admins. Goals are created to measure form submittals on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. As a basic user, you are not able to view the Goals and Controls, however, you will receive an email reminding you to submit your form.

Example:

Goal: Submit PTP/JHA/JSA daily Monday through Friday. This would equal 5 submittals per week.

2. You will receive daily emails reminding you to submit your forms until the goal has been fulfilled

3. Your submittals are tracked on the admin side. Your goal can be paused if you take time off so it doesn't count against you
