1. Go to the menu on the left side of your home page.

2. Click "All Forms"

3. Click "View Submissions" next to the form category you saved a draft in.

4. Click "Drafts" to filter to drafts only.

5. Select the draft you are searching for.

6. Click "Edit" at the bottom of the page.

7. Make any additions or changes to complete your form.

8. Click "Submit Core Observation" to save as a submitted form.
