1. Your menu is on the left side of your home page.

2. Click "Forms"

3. Click "All Forms"

4. Find the type of form you are searching for and click "View Submissions"

5. Click on the form you are looking to download as a PDF. You can also search by "My Submissions" if it is a form you submitted. You can also look for the date it was submitted.

6. Click "Download PDF" at the bottom of the page to download as a PDF. You now have a PDF of your form.
