1. Your menu is on the left side of your home page.

2. Click the down arrow icon next to Safety Meeting.

3. Click "Safety Team Meeting."

4. Click "New Safety Team Meeting" to create a new Safety Team Meeting.

5. Choose Division and Project (optional).

6. Click the "MEETING TITLE" field and type the name of your Safety Meeting.

7. Click the calendar icon to choose the start date of your meeting.

8. Click on the next calendar icon to choose the end date of your meeting (optional). You can also check the box for "No End Date."

9. Click the "Select a time" field.

10. Choose the time from the drop down.

11. Click in the "Duration" field and choose the duration of the meeting.

12. Select a choice from the "Recurrence" drop down.

13. Select the day of the week if the meetings are recurring.

14. Fill in the name of the owner of this document.

15. Click the "DESCRIPTION" field to add any details about the meeting.

16. Click the "Enter a location" field to fill in the name of the meeting location.

17. Type your name in "Full Name of the Signatory."

18. You can sign your name with your finger in the "Signature" field. If needed, you can click the blue button to add additional signatures.

19. Click "Submit Safety Team Meeting" to submit.
