Create, Submit, and Assign Corrective Action in Core Audit

1. Your menu is on the left side of your screen.

2. Click "All Forms"

3. Click "Core Audit"

4. Click "New Core Audit" to add new audit.

5. Use the dropdown to fill in Division and Project.

6. Click the calendar icon to choose the date of the observation.

7. Fill in your "Observed Party" and choose from the dropdown in "Category of Observation."

8. Choose "Classification of Observation" from the dropdown.

9. Choose "Status of Observation" from the dropdown.

10. Click "browse your files" to select the images you would like to include.

11. Click "Corrective Action" to add a Corrective Action.

12. Click the "Notes" field to add detail about the corrective action. These notes will be sent to a Contractor that you choose. They will be able to write notes and send back to you.

13. Choose your Contractor from the dropdown menu under "Responsible Party."

14. Click the calendar icon to select a due date for the Corrective Action.

15. Click "Add Another" to assign another Corrective Action.

16. Click "Submit Core Audit" to submit and send Corrective Action to Contractor.

17. This Corrective Action will go directly to the Contractor you assigned it to. They can click "comment" to write a comment to the person who assigned them the Corrective Action and click "Send back" to send to them.

18. The conversation can continue through "Notes" and "Images."

19. This conversation will be stored in "Corrective Actions" to look back at if needed.
