EP leverages modern web technologies to bring you the best learning experience possible. We work hard to ensure this performs well across modern browsers.

Browser Support

Education Perfect runs on most of the commonly used modern browsers, and we support the latest 2 major versions of any browser.

We recommend using Google Chrome for the best possible EP experience. Learn how to set your default browser on your device.

Setting up Education Perfect on a mobile or tablet

We are making some important changes to the way Education Perfect can be used on phones and tablets. See How to set Education Perfect up on a phone or tablet article as it outlines what’s changing, why we’re making these changes, and what steps you can take to continue accessing EP from your mobile device.

⚠️ Please note: EP Assessments can only be completed on a computer or tablet. Students accessing EP via the PWA on a tablet can complete assessments, however monitoring features may be limited. Assessments are not supported on mobile phones.

Troubleshooting steps

For the most reliable experience when using a laptop or computer, use one of the major browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties but your device, browser or app are all up to date, please contact our team. To speed up the troubleshooting process, please try to include the following information:

  • The name of the user experiencing the issue.

  • The type of device and the browser that you’re using.

  • The location of the issue (e.g. the name of the task, or the name of the lesson or list students are working on).

  • A description of the issue.

  • A screenshot of the issue, preferably of the whole screen instead of just the specific part of the screen that has the issue.
