If you are in the middle of the test and face a technical issue, you should have 5 to 10 minutes to get back to where you left off.
Simply refresh the page, and you will be taken to the dashboard. You will see an option at the top of the page to get back into your test.
If you are unable to access your test again, please reach out directly to your school administrator or whoever at your organization is handling your account. Explain the issue you were facing, and you will be issued another test.
