I can't log in

If you are having trouble logging in, there are a few possible explanations. Please go through the checklist below and try each solution:

  1. Make sure your email address and password are being typed correctly.

  2. Make sure there are no extra spaces, uppercase or lowercase letters in your email address and/or password. Also make sure that caps lock is off (or on, depending on your password).

  3. If you have verified that everything is being input correctly, use the "Forgot your Password?" link to reissue your password. You should see it below the "Email" and "Password" fields on your sign in page.

  4. If the forgot password is not visible, or it is not working, you will need to reach out to your school admin in order to receive a new password.
