What You Can Claim

You may claim:

  • Approved travel

  • Approved additional hours

What You Cannot Claim

  • Your normal commute.

  • Clothes or personal items.

  • Fines.

  • Gifts.

  • Lost belongings.

  • Costs for friends or family.


How To Claim

  1. Submit and attach receipts via form in online carer portal

    1. Travel reimbursement form

    2. Additional hours form

  2. Incomplete claims will be returned.

  3. Claims older than 3 months will not be reimbursed.


What To Do If…

🔹 You’re unsure if something is claimable

Ask your manager before spending.


🔹 You lost a receipt

Contact your manager immediately. Claims without receipts may be declined.


🔹 You travel further than expected

Inform your manager as soon as possible.


Important

False claims may lead to:

  • Disciplinary action

  • Dismissal

  • Police involvement

Always choose value for money.
Always act honestly.
